Refund policy

Returns for orders from thebottlebeacon.com

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email support@thebottlebeacon.com with your order number, and we'll reply with where to send it.

Please send it back in its original condition, and remember to take your AirTag out first.

Return shipping is on you, unless your Bottle Beacon arrived defective or damaged. In that case, email us a photo and we'll replace or refund it, shipping included.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching us.
